A decade is a long time and making it this far in our line of work is something to celebrate. Most folks get a cake for their birthday but we prefer to mark the occasion with a beer. Decadence is our opulent Pastry Stout brewed with mounds of flaked oats, 2-Row, Pale Chocolate, and Crystal malts for a rich and hearty body. We let this sumptuous confection age in Maker’s Mark barrels for 18 months and then conditioned it on cacao nibs, coconut, and Tahitian vanilla beans. The addition of lactose rounds things out and adds a sweet touch to this dessert-like brew. Clocking in at 12.5% ABV, it’s a beast of a beer best enjoyed with old friends and colleagues.
