Upcoming Bottle + Draft Releases
High Plateau Saison
To date, all of our previous Saison releases have been mixed culture fermentations of some sort, but that’s not the case with this dry hopped, French ale yeast fermented release.
Similar to Logic & Reason releases, each batch of High Plateau is dry hopped with different hops, and this first batch was dry hopped with Denali and Citra hops. The result is a dry, semi-tart Saison with big stone fruit and apricot notes with hints of some herbal spice as well.
150 limited bottles of High Plateau will be available for $10/each, starting tomorrow, June 1st, at 5PM.
Lucky’s Little J.A.W.N. Session Wheat IPA
We got together with our good friends from Lucky’s Last Chance and brewed a special beer to help them celebrate the opening of their new, second location in Queen’s Village.
LLJ, as we call around here, is an unfiltered 4.6% ABV session IPA brewed with wheat and flaked oats and hopped with Nugget, Citra, and Galaxy. With notes of melon, cantaloupe, grapefruit, and resinous pine, this crushable and hoppy IPA is just in time for the warm Summer months.
