Lehigh Valley Beer Week Spotlight: Grain

Grain Interior

Grain, a locally owned restaurant and bar, takes the meaning of the word to a whole new level. Modelled after an old gristmill, Grain’s interior boasts two floors. The main dining room is on the second floor and showcases the historic building’s original brick walls, exposed wooden beams and corrugated metal ceiling. The bar is located on the first floor and hosts 24 rotating taps and incredibly unique cocktails that will satiate any palate.

In addition, Cork and Cage, one of the Lehigh Valley’s most impressive bottle shops is connected to Grain, and patrons can shop for takeout, or bring a bottle back over to the bar.  Despite the building’s history, the vibe is modern and cool, with exceptional service and delicacy.  Their knowledgeable staff and locally sourced cuisine only add to the allure of this Hamilton Street establishment.
