Eric Daelhousen, the owner of South Philly Smokhaus, has spent the last several years catering and doing pop-ups at restaurants and bars such as The Dutch, Brewery ARS, and Bok Bar; bringing his brand of BBQ in and around Philadelphia.

 Daelhousen’s focus is high-quality meat smoked traditionally over wood & fire, with tasty house-made sides.
South Philly Smokhaus, partnering with Butcher Rob Passio of Giunta’s Prime Shop, is slated to open up their brick and mortar location later in 2018 at The Bok Building in South Philly (1901 S. 9th street). The restaurant will offer eat-in dining as well as a retail butcher counter operated by Passio.
Smokhaus has some fun and tasty ideas in store for the competition!
