New Releases February 16th
Next Thursday, February 16th at 5PM, we will be resurrecting, for the 4TH time, a favorite of ours and yours, Dank Hill Wheat Double IPA. Once again we brewed Dank Hill with barley and white wheat, hopped it with Apollo, Chinook, Simcoe, Equinox, and Amarillo, then dry hopped it for two weeks with Simcoe and Equinox. It’s bursting with tropical, citrus, and pine notes, and will coat your pallet with a metric shit ton of hops. Cans only available at the brewery, and limited draft is being sent to select accounts in SEPA and New Jersey.
We also will be releasing our SECOND Bourbon Barrel Aged project of 2017 next Thursday, our BBA Winter Wheat Wine! We take our seasonal Winter Wheat Wine ale, aged it in Woodford Reserve Double Oak Bourbon barrels, and the result is a silky, smooth barrel aged ale with notes of vanilla, fig, dark fruit, and of course Bourbon! 600 Total bottles, $18/each, two bottle limit per customer, BREWERY ONLY.
